A washed black tribute to Selena’s stage-light glow, red signature script, and photo-collage era. This piece honors the Queen of Tejano, the artist who helped push Tejano beyond regional dance floors and into the mainstream by blending cumbia, pop, and Mexican American style into something timeless.

Cut in a boxy oversized fit with drop shoulders, this tee has a faded snow-wash finish that gives it a worn-in vintage feel from day one. Made from heavyweight 100% cotton with a sturdy 285g/m² build, side-seamed construction, taped neck and shoulders, double-stitched ribbed collar, and coverstitched cuffs and hem.

Details: Crew neck, drop shoulders, oversized fit, washed effect, 100% cotton, 14-count plain weave, pre-shrunk, 285g/m² fabric weight.

Care

Wash cold and inside out with like colours. No bleach, no soaking. Hang dry, iron low. The snow wash is intentionally less colourfast — slight bleeding on the first wash is normal, and the shirt keeps fading with wear.

Selena Quintanilla broke into a Tejano scene that wasn't built for a young woman, and she owned every stage anyway — bedazzled bustiers, cumbias, a crossover album on the way. She was murdered in 1995 at 23, and the loss still lands the same way decades later.

For a lot of families, she was the first time being bilingual and in-between two cultures felt like a superpower instead of a problem.
