Description

A washed black tribute to Valentín Elizalde, the unmistakable voice known as El Gallo de Oro. From hard-hitting corridos to songs of heartbreak, his raw delivery brought a bold, deeply personal edge to banda. The design layers portraits of Valentín in his signature cowboy hats with golden roosters, white doves, and oversized gold lettering.

Printed on a 275 GSM mineral-washed tee in heavyweight 100% cotton, with a regular, boxy fit, and a soft worn-in finish. The gold tones, distressed lettering, and layered collage give it the character of vintage tribute merchandise, honoring a voice that still rings out at full volume.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Iron on low, avoiding the print. Do not dry clean.

Valentín Elizalde · El Gallo de Oro

Born in Sonora in 1979, Valentín Elizalde grew up in the musical family of Lalo Elizalde. His distinctive voice brought the same raw feeling to banda love songs and corridos, turning Vete Ya, Soy Así and Te Quiero Así into lasting favourites. Behind El Gallo de Oro was El Vale: a performer, a father, and a voice carried from one generation to the next.
